After upgrading my shockwave/flash and the like, the game still gives me white screens and doesn't load on Firefox. Firefox has been upgraded and I still get white screens. Same thing with Chrome. The moment I hop onto IE, it works fine, but I get tons of viruses...

The technical support hasn't done anything..anybody else getting this issue?

Well...I've been having the very same issues. I use Chrome and ever since I got my new laptop, it has not worked.

However...it does work on my old laptop? wonder why?

I use Chrome, and sometimes I'll have to refresh the home page a few times to get it to load. And it's been known to freeze during the game. Never tried on EI.

Mine freezes too! It started during the Cinco De Mayo event! But it works after a few reloads!

I use Mozzilla Firefox and the game works fine. Just a bit laggy though.
