Only 3 mogas at a time?

Somewhere at the begining Nova gave a quest for my 6th moga, and said that after capturing it, i'll be able to make a second 3moga-team to have with me like the 1st team. i have 20+ mogas & still can only bring 3.

Did she tell the truth? if yes, then how to make it?

I think you've misinterpreted what Nova said... sweatdrop

When she says second 3-team, she means you'll have another set of 3 Mogas, just like your first team of three.
