From level 18 to 25 its very hard.... take long time....
N I have 25 moga ythat My fav Moga so.... Imust raise them one by one... its sucks

Maybe Items added level not sale by cash but winning bagttle arena....

There's already an item that heals attacks. It's called Fizzy Cola. confused

Besides that, the developers are still working on the PvP. along with team battle. I'm pretty sure they will try to find balance between two tamers before the match begin. Besides, there's no way they will put a low level with high level. >>;

As for the item that change Special Attacks, I don't think the developers will do that. That will screw up the configurations of the data. Not to mention, it will cause lots of bugs.
