Neighbours list. and catching yara.

1. I'm sure that I had neighbours, but now they aren't showing up. eek

2. I'm never coming across any yara's, where can I find them so I can continue with black gold quest thing?

1. You got the neighbors list disappeared glitch/bug. It's been wandering around never fully being fixed since the beginning of MoGa it seems.

I've had mine poofed since Nov/Dec.

2. Not that far yet, wouldn't know.
