It wont load

When i try playing it, it brings up the loading page fine, then it get stuck loading there. When my friend gets on her account, its fine, we are using the same computer. Tried restarting it, but still. Please help.

open up a new tab, and type in Gaiaonline.com/launch/monstergalaxy
then if its still freezes refresh then open a new tab
it should work

For me, it says that that game "does not exist" when I use that url
