I'm on the quest "Shieldmaiden Stand" where you're trying to help the ghost Victor(?) and instead of them being in one set spot, they can pop up anywhere, and the freaking Mandulas that start the battle are level 24! My highest level Mogas are 18...

Help?!

Quest cannot be canceled. try to level your mogas to lvl 24 or higher
