I've been trying to play this game for the past three days with no avail.

Many people have posted about how to 'fix' the loading problem... but it never seems to work for me. I don't understand, since a friend can play it on her computer, but when I tried to play it on that same computer with my account... I couldn't! It's a real problem that gaia needs to fix. ;~;
