How many times do i have to beat the crap outta Victoria to find Booly? Nova said it is at the windhym flowerpit, but all i see is victoria.

Actually, the really spot Nova is referring to is the dot underneath Victornia, not where she's at. :/

So I suggest you take your Mogas and head to Gates of Windhym. It's another location where you can find Booly. Of course, you have to battle Mogas before Booly wants to come out and play.
