got mine from sinalta plaza in pueblonia and west summer rd in sunshire.

you just haf to be very patient when farming for cards. Crd drop is actually ramdom.

If there was a card trade feature I'd trade you, I've got nine of the things. All I can say is that I tend to find a lot of them around the entrance to the Cemetery.
