How To Level Up Level 1 Moga?

I just got Gondula from the shop, but she's level 1, and the lowest level of wild mogas are level 9. How do I level her up?

the lowest level is nine because the other mogas on your team are on a higher level, mogas on the first map are based off the highest level moga on your team. take them off and put it with other lv1 or 2's. its not rocket science lol, i figured for myself.
