Glitch; what did he say?

I opened Monster Galaxy and, after a little while, someone named 'Poe' showed up and said something. Less than a second later, however, Nova appeared, explaining the new quest. When Nova was done, Poe was nowhere to be seen. I was hoping that somebody could tell me what Poe was saying?

I read somewhere in the Facebook discussion that Poe was talking about how there were many Yugures running around in Thornwood and need you to capture or defeat them.

Yeah, I got that as well. I had forgotten what he said and it was not in my quest list.
