Friends unable to start a new Monster Galaxy game

So .....
After I migrated and moved stuff to gaia, all my progress is gone ...
The mogas I spent my gc on are gone,
And I have to redo it, I don't get a refund, and basicly I am pretty much in a position where I dont wanna ever spend gc on a game again.

When will gaia be able to fix this or is this one of those "blame the monkeys" thing?

It won't let me even start the game it tells me to join the forum and such so yeah...
