Confuse 4... really can take away ability to use a whistle??

I tried to use a whistle and I *lost turn*??? Seriously?

Why does that feel like a game cheat to me?
And is it possible for a *game* to cheat it's players?

I am playing this game less and less.

Anyone else for some Zuma Blitz?

I've noticed when you are afflicted with confuse then you don't lose the ability you were going to use. So unless you have less amount of whistles than you did before the confuse, No the game did not cheat you. It was just unforunate.
