you mean in your team right? go to the team menu in the top left corner then select the Beefree, look at the bottom of its stat page it should say "off the team" hit that then, select the "premium and event" circle to select gryph then select add to team. there you go.

[Pheregames]

You can also switch out your monsters in battle allowing all of them to get EXP.

Just them being in the battle gives them an equal share--regardless of how much they did. So you can get a level 1 person a lot of EXP by switching them out and then defeating a stronger one.
