is there any moga that we shud catch by the time we see them and would not be part of any catching quest? coz i caught alot of mogas only to realize theyre quests in the end... like can i catch all legendaries and epics or what?

Not true. Just got a quest from Nova to go after Messi. Staryak is in there too.

Both of them are Super Rare.
