Catching Mogas

Sometimes, when I have an opposing Moga's health bar down to nearly nothing, and I'm ready to catch it, it doesn't become an option. It still just says "your turn" instead of "catch". It's VERY annoying and has happened several times, and consequently, I've missed out on catching Mogas that I've really wanted. Why is it doing this?

Edit: And, for the record, my Moga's level is higher than the foe's, so that's not the problem.

that will be because its a moga that isnt aloud to be caught. e.g like in the tower or a team battle, a quest maybe.
