Anyone notice a drop in the rate were getting cards?

However, it's a little more than the Blue Coffee. And the developers mention that the Common cards drop more than the Rare cards.

i think certain cards are rarer than other, this is assuming that cards are dropped randomly everywhere otherwise if they hav certain locations where they drop then it jus means ive spent too long is the same areas
