Can you access Gertrude's House ?

I can't access to Gertrude's House.
So I can't capture Pudgy there. (Nova's Mission)
After I click "accept" or "skip" button at Gertrude's House, it just back to the map and there is no new quest added.
It has happened for 2-3 months since I started to play this game.

Another question, can I capture Pudgy other places for Nova's mission?
I found them around Darkwood.

On Nova's Quest, the location doesn't matter. It's given as hints. So, you can catch Pudgy anywhere.
