how do i get the quest done? i can find the Woolfs and the Tiwisters and the guy near the docks

woolman aka man in sheep wool? go to the cave the woolf is there and twister is in the sandswirl areas, same with the quest that the lighthouse girl gives you.

idk teh black guard part that your talknig about, explain?
