Hello Gaia online

I have been playing Monster Galaxy for 4 months now and I have been really enjoying it but problems have started to arise. The music and sound stopped two months ago and hasnt come back. I thought it might be due to work being don on severs . Now in the past two weeks I can no longer fight other players. I search for another tamer it goes on for ages ,I just find nothing and have to pull out. Also I keep getting stuck in battles and have to use the battle Cacheing tool.

Does anyone know what on earth is going on?
