You may want to add the rest of Mage Points into SP REGEN.

Wizard:
10 Jupitel Thunder
3 Earth Spike
5 Heavens Drive
5 Quagmire
5 Water Ball
10 Storm Gust
10 Lord of Vermillion IF YOU WANT IT. I personally dislike this skill.
After those, you can add points to Fire Bolt if you want...SP Regen if you want... or you could Nix LoV and get Meteor instead.

yeh.. i heard that sp regen isn't very helpfull? What's so bad about it?

I think i may get level 10 fire bolt.. unless someone convinces me to get something else lol.

Well, when you're regening 20+ SP every 3 seconds, the skill really is useless.

id get an sohee card, cut back int to 90 and put the remaining into vit. just for pvping

so you can cast Lord of Vermillion fast.
