Any tips for a beginner ?
I usually play Solo in MMOs, I like to do my own thing.
But is that going to be difficult in this game ?
Is it hard to play with the mouse, or is it fine ?
Or would I be better off trying to figure out how to set it up so I can play with the xbox controller ?
If you can even do that.
The download isn't even at 1% yet ...
This might take a while.
Edit
You know you've gotten under someones skin when they tell you to go kill yourself.
I wasn't even trying I seriously just wanted some tips on how to better play this game.
I did plenty of checking before actually making the final decision.
Hence why I'm just now getting it.
I like Skyrim, but I also really enjoy MMOs and how they feel.
I do understand that this game is far different from Skyrim, so I'm not going in with those kind of expectations.
Now, if anyone has any actual advice or tips, I'm happy to hear them.
You might not like it, but that doesn't mean I wont.
You ever heard of people having different tastes and opinions ?
It's a thing.
What I decide to purchase and play is my decision alone.
I plan to play it, try it out, and hopefully enjoy it.
If it's not up to my standards, oh well, I know how to make the best of things.
You've completely tossed away a respectable argument and instead are now telling a random stranger they should go commit suicide.
I'm just ganna add you to ignore, cause I'm just done.
Though I'm pretty sure you're just going to come back to pester me with a mule, so I guess I'll talk to you again soon.
I will give you an honest opinion. Ignore Gh4stly. If his behavior's proven anything it's that he willingly incites frustration just to get a rise out of people. Fight the temptation to respond and just ignore / block him.
For Elder Scrolls Online, I played it for the month following release. I liked it, but it didn't provide enough for me at the time to justify paying a monthly subscription fee. It isn't a bad game, but it does have a fair share of flaws and questionable design choices. I'm not sure how the game is since I stopped playing, but from what I hear it isn't doing too bad.
My strongest advice to you is to find a community to group up with as soon as you get into the game. A good guild will take you a long way -- but the solo play is decent enough, feeling close to being Elder Scrolls without actually being Elder Scrolls.
