There is a search function. Type in their username and see what pops up. Though there's no guarantee that your guild leader is on Gaia, or that (s)he has the same username here as in RO.

Also, might I add that it's a bit creepy that you'd want to stalk your guild leader outside of RO. Do you even really know this person? D=
