okay miss yuki, if you say so, after all, im sure you dont need any loosened chakras. oh and chakras are spiralling pools of energy. think of them as several pools of water going down a creek, negative thoughts and problems fall into the pools as leaves, branches and other nasty things and clog up the flow, but if you move away the blockage, then the energy can flow again! in all, there are seven chakras that go up the body, each pool of energy has a purpose, and can be blocked up by specific kinds of emotional muck. the first chakra is at the base of the spine, and deals with survival, and is blocked by fear. what are you most afraid of? let your fears come clear to you, and release it, allowing it to flow down the creak and out of it alltogether.the second chakra deals with pleasure, and is blocked by guilt. look at all the guilt that burdens you so, what do you blame yourself for? accept the reality that these things happen, but dont let them cloud and poison your energy!! if you are going to be a positive influence on the world, you need to forgive yourself, and let the guilt flow down the creek. the third chakra is located in the stomach, and deals with will power, and is blocked by shame. what are you ashamed of? what are your biggest dissapointments in yourself? release them. let them flow down the creek. the fourth chakra is located in the heart, it deals with love(obviously) and is blocked by greif. lay all your greif out in front of you. you have suffered a great loss, no? keep in mind that love is a great energy that swirls all around us. let your pain flow out. the fifth chakra is located in the throat, and it deals with truth and is blocked by lies. the lies we tell ourselves. you cannot lie about your nature. you must accept that you are what you are, and nothing can change that. the sixth chakra is located in the center of the forehead, and it deals with insight, and is blocked by illusion. the biggest illusion in this world is separation. things you think are completely different are exactly the same in many ways.you must remember, a person can be as different from another person as fire and water, but they are connected in some way. the final chakra, is located at the crown of your head, and it deals with pure cosmic energy, and is blocked by earthly attachment. this chakra is way to deep for me to get into, so i wont bother explaining. i hope you liked my explanation on chakras!!
