I'm only fond of movies being scary when I either know how the scenes are done or if they're funny-scary, like how Tim Burton does it. Like how Sweeney keeps singing, even when he's killing someone. Or in Sleepy Hollow when he's grossed out by cutting the tree as it splatters blood on him. I was laughing in both of those scenes, but my mom was all shielding her eyes and getting grossed out. XD

Sweeney Todd had just the right amount of being scary
omg xD whenever someone fell threw the trap door and hit the ground my friend would say crunch and we would start laughing xd
