Shop Rules

• Do not steal or edit any work by these artists.
  
• Please do not advertise in the thread.
  
• Please do not spam the thread.
  
  
• Please do NOT PM artists or staff members unless instructed to do so.
  Please do not repeatedly ask us about your order. The Sales post is updated frequently, and if you really want to know when you will get your order, please check there.
  
  
• Please do not harass or flame other people.
  
• Please do not stretch the page or quote the first page.
  
• Please do not use foul language, excessive "chatspeak," or otherwise make a fool out of yourself in this thread. We will report you.
  
  
• Label your trades or you don't receive your order. Simple as that.
  
  
• You may order gifts for people, but WE will send them out. You may not give them to people yourself. The only exception is CERTED pets.

Ordering Rules

• Please refer to the Inventory Website for what is available, and post your order in the thread here.
  Send ALL trades to HolidayJubilee. If we do not receive a trade, you will not receive your order. Make sure it's LABELED with the page number.
  
  
• DO NOT PM your orders to HolidayJubilee; they will be ignored.
  Please do NOT PM the artists or staff members! If you have a question, post in the thread and one of the shop staff members will help you.
  If you feel your question has been overlooked, you may PM HolidayJubilee.
  
  
• Please use the provided form. It makes your order much easier to find and faster to fill.
  Please be patient when waiting for your order. It's a big collective and it takes time to put each order together to send out.
  If you would like to check the status of your order, please refer to the Sales post.

• Look through the website and pick what items you would like to order.
  
  
• Fill out an order form (included below) and post it in the thread. If you're wanting to gift an item, please say so and who it's going to! We will deliver it. You may include a short message.
  
  
• Please only group items by the same artist.
  In other words, don't write something like "Artists 1 & 2 - Item 1 of 1st Artist, 4 & 5 of 2nd Artist - Total Price." However, something like "Artist A - Items 1, 2, 3 - Total Price" is fine.
  If ordering EVERYTHING from a particular artist, just say "Everything" It's easier for us, and you.
  
  
• If you are ordering avatar edits or certed items, please add those last and follow any special instructions posted on the website (some may include a specific order form).
  
  
• Send a trade to HolidayJubilee for the amount of your order.
  Do not send trades to artists! LABEL YOUR TRADES WITH THE PG NUMBER!
  You do not need to wait for any confirmation of your order to send the trade.
  Unpaid orders will be ignored! I'm saying it again, PLEASE include the page number of your order in your trade! Accept your end of the trade when we have once. You will not receive your order until you do. We will complete the trade once your order has been sent. The exception is special edit orders. Artists will pm these and may or may not be sent prior to the trade being completed.
  
  
• All participating artists receive 50% off of their order.
  Artists should take the discount off each time they order.
  
  
• Orders will be filled in order of the page they were posted on if the trade has been completed. To view the status of your order and your place in line, please refer to the Sales post.
  
  
• Your order will be sent to you via PM once the trade has been completed. If you have PMs set to private, we have no way of sending you your order!
  Avatar edits and certed items will be PMed to you separately by the artist.
  
  
• Please save all images to your own server as soon as you get them.
  
  
• Remember, ONLY the collective artists get the 50% discount, that's it. So don't try and claim that discount if you're not an artist. Adding this as several people in the past have been doing this.

Order Form:

This is how you need to fill this out, so READ it ALL.

REMOVE the words Artist Item Price. That's just the order things need placed in. Also, you do not need to list an artist, an item, and the price then make another line below with the SAME artist, another item, and a price. This is confusing. Just keep all items from the same artist in one line.

When ordering everything from an artist, say Everything. When ordering a set of something, say Set. Example: *artist here* - Sticker Set - *price here*, or *artist here* - Everything - *price here*

Again, don't mess with the coding (that means if you have a post style that would alter it aside from centering, turn it off), group all items you're getting from an artist in an orderly fashion as shown above, and remove the Artist Item Price.

Doing so makes it easier to read which in turn makes it easier to fill your order.
