You offer, and it is either accepted or not.

There are guidelines posted though.
Face/expression = free
arms/simple = min 10k
more complex = min 50k.

Some of them take a long time, yes. But the basic types it takes longer prepping than animating, lol.

With yours, hmm, sitting down and eating stuff from your skull bucket thing? Or just standing and doing the same. etc.
