See, that's what most people would think!
Replying is always polite but I have a friend, not a close friend,
but someone I talk to from time to time ignores my messages
most of the time D: the "seen" thing is always there but most of the time,
he doesn't reply and even when I say stuff like "Good luck with exams!"
he doesn't even bother to thank me and I'm like "Why do I bother?"
so now I don't ahahha, I've given up with him!

Ah yeah, I don't follow that many people so I still see all the stuff
that they reblog since they just stay there on my dash c:
(all of the people I follow are American LOL)
and I suppose cleaning up your following list would be beneficial
if you wanted a tidier and refined dash ^_^

★ Getting an okay grade is my fault, so no worries, ahaha.
In high school, I always stressed about getting perfect grades,
but when I got to college, I didn't want to have to go through that
again so I gave myself a minimum that is acceptable to get, and
so far, I've only been below that minimum once (but that was during
my first quarter of freshman year when I still had no idea what I was
doing so I don't give much thought to that). It's still a pretty high
"minimum" but by not trying to get perfect grades all the time, I feel
better about how I spend my time and better about my mental health. c:

Ahaha, that's the way to go about it. If they don't give you the time
of day, don't worry about them too much.

I've probably only met one person on Tumblr actually. LOL. You have to
go out of your way to talk to someone on there in comparison to a site
like Gaia that has forums. I only started using Tumblr so I could follow
artists and basically still use it for that purpose, so I don't mind not talking
to people on there. But it is neat how easy it is to find people that share the
same interests as you so if you want to talk, you can strike up a convo somewhere. ★

I guess stressing about perfect grades at high school
meant that you had a good solid foundation?
And then having a minimum acceptable grade is great too
because you're not stretching yourself too much
but at the same time, your grades aren't falling too low o v o
so go you! I guess I have a similar mindset. Although right now,
I'm probably like how you were at high school- stressing about
perfect grades because I know how disappointed I'd be if
there's one B and the rest are all As or something ; v ;

I suppose so. Maybe I find it less difficult because generally,

But I don't have that much of a desire to go to grad school, so. But that doesn't mean
I'm going to stop caring about my grades because I am paying to go to school so I better
do a decent job because it costs such a stupid amount to go. But yeah, I know what you
mean. There's something very satisfying about seeing straight As, ahaha.

That probably helps. Lol. I'm more talkative online since I prefer typing, but it's still hard
