Sort of, it seems. It's now back up, but somehow "read-only" so I/other users can't do anything at all.

Well, it's better than not being able to see anything at all. Now I just can't add new code, people can't log in, save their dolls, post, anything. So yeah, it's pretty annoying. One.com didn't know when they'd have fixed it.
