You lighting candles for people reminds me of my strictly Roman-Catholic grandma XP Or is it a custom in some other circles I'm not familiar with? It's sort of cute though ^^

I have a Roman-Catholic grandma as well whee it's adorable to see her watching the Pope on tv. And yes it's like the only Roman-Catholic custom I've copied since I wouldn't really call myself religeous anymore sweatdrop It's the thought that counts right? Maybe it helps.
Visited her yesterday and she had a hilarious story about her son (my uncle) hiding under the table whenever the doctor visited the house rofl rofl I just can't imagine him doing that now. He's like this tall semi-bald business man xd
Oh my, I showed the contract they want me to sign to Hans' parents (who have a legal background) and they are mighty sceptical about it. Meanwhilst, another company who also wanted to hire me (and whom I had a nice talk with) also contacted me and want to make an offer. So now I have choice X_X

One company is medium-large with 100+ employees and I think I could learn a lot there, but they mainly make software for insurance companies and are located in Utrecht, which is an 1 hour travel from here.

The other company is very small and likely to offer less, but they seem to be more innovative and more focused on making websites, plus they are located in Den Haag which would only be a 30 minutes travel from here.

Both are contacting me next week. Help? razz

It's funny how we both have Roman-Catholic grandmas XD Mine lives in Den Bosch though so I don't see her an awful lot. And she's always taking care of my disabled uncle, so she's always busy.

My oldest grandma lives on the other side of the country too. I don't think she's religious but she does have this obnoxious little dog that always misbehaves in front of us. She's like 86 (not quite 100 yet like your grandma XD)

Wow you still have both of your grandma's - lucky you. The dog rofl A friend of mine's grandmother has an evil cat xd
And I really can't make this choice any easier gonk Which company gives you the best 'feeling' (yeah it sounds stupid but sometimes it is the best thing to do). And which one is the one with the fishy contract? Guessing the smaller company?
I assume these contracts are both temporary. Both with equal length?
It's still burning whee

The big company offered me a contract, the small one is going to next week. I'm not sure which company gives the best "feeling", although I've been to both offices. Most differences can be explained by one being small and the other being bigger.
0mg cute art<3 heart
I passed everything.
Although I did come rather close to not in Math.
But it's hard stuff, and I am pretty darn lazy.
Anything new girls?
wink

Congrats! biggrin (the candle SO helped ninja )
And maths is hard D: it's a fact.
Yeah, I just suck at graphing.
It's what killed me, really.
And these are the weird ones.

Aww the new shop front-ends are so cute, I hope they'll intergrate them into zOMG too.

In ATWT they have this webpage called Internet Seach, Search with colored letters like Google rofl I don't remember what Casey's online casino was called.

Why don't people understand the importance of math? That is, if you want to do anything intelligent at all when you grow up? XP

Yeah but not all shops are accessible to new users, that's just stupid confused
Did you see Sage's angel outfit? That was so cute xd
Michael Jackon surprised cry
I wrote a message in a bottle message about Michael Jackson 4 days ago.. expecting it back soon. But now he's died D: (didn't know that would happen when I wrote it of course).
And sure maths are important but not that important. For medicine you don't need to be able to calculate in theory. I just wish it girls + maths wouldn't be such a taboo so they would be stimulated more to get good grades in maths.

I just finished reading his Wikipedia page sweatdrop
I recognize some of his songs but I was too young to be a fan back when he was hip.
There was a hilarious South Park episode about him and his son "Blanket" some time ago, his nose fell off and everything xd

I think girls (in our country at least) are made to believe that math/science is too hard for them. It's really sickening.
