I tried making an avatar where you can register, and there are a whole bunch of new mouths and eyes. They even made my "fangs" item only upside-down so you look like an ogre o_O And if you choose to be "male" you can't even pick any of the old male eye styles! And I think you can now choose to have no mouth without deleting your avatar, so at least that's good ^^
