I don't think it should be moved. Art Discussion is for art discussion, not selling or buying avi art. It won't solve the problem either. People will still continue to post avi art shops and avi art wanted in the AD. It could even make the problem worse, because since it'll be in the same general area, more people will think its ok to post mini shops in the AD. People post avi shops in the AD because they know their post won't just dissappear onto the 2nd page, and that's where all the artists are.
