Your stomach groans and rumbles in protest as you walk along the dirt road lined with fresh green grass. You have been searching for quite a while now for a new place to eat, and you are starting to get really hungry. You heave a sigh and continue on your stroll, looking eagerly for a decent restaurant.
Finally, a place catches your eye. You look beyond a wooden fence to see a quaint, rustic house with springs of ivy climbing up the red brick chimney. A sweet-smelling smoke that makes your mouth water wafts from the chimney-top, and verdant moss clings to the roof. You strain to see something through the open window. Unfortunately, you find that you are too far away to make out anything in particular.
You approach the restaurant, past a small garden to your left, and take a step up the little gray stairs towards the wooden door. Gray-blue bricks line the entranceway, forming an arch. There is a small lantern to the left of the door, and under it a sign is hung that reads:
KAJIKI SUSHI
Japanese Cuisine
You grin. It’s just what you’ve been looking for! You swing the door open and step inside.
