I don't think so ~
You have to open the animation tab on window
Just click window>animation
Then there set it to frames, it'll make it easier.
Then create a new frame. You can set how long they take under it.

To animate it you need to have different layers. If you make them invisible in your frame, they won't show.
It's a tedious work but it's worth it
Then after you are done with your animation click save for web and devices.
There you can do all kinds of setups ~
Just click save
