Hey all you fabulous Gaia artists!
Just wanted to stop by and let you know about some changes that are coming to the Mini-Shops "Art Shops and Requests" sub-forum.
Many of you have asked for art shops to be separated out from art requests - in fact, there was overwhelming support from the Gaian artists we talked with to have shops and requests put into distinct locations. It is felt this will make the process of running an art shop, or requesting art works, easier for both sellers and buyers. Well, we have heard you on this and think it is a great idea!
So, in the next few days (most likely on Monday, Jan. 24th), the "Art Shops and Requests" sub-forum of Mini-Shops will be renamed to just "Art Shops" and we will be creating a new sub-forum called "Art Requests". This will be located as a sub-forum of "Art Shops" and will reside alongside "Art Auctions" and "Art Contests". I have included an image of the changes to give everyone a clear idea of this change. (Please note: We will be changing the text under the "Art Requests" forum to something else, but I just mocked this up quickly and didn't have time to change the text in this visual example. xd )
Hope this is clear, and that these changes help to make things easier for all of you who create, design, and in so many ways, inspire all members of the Gaia community with your original works. And for those patrons of our Gaia artists, we hope these changes make finding artists and their shops an easier and more satisfying experience.
