Oh oh... are there many different Philipino languages? Someone told me there were 6000 different ones once.... are there really that many? =O

6000??? who told you that? xd we only have one language (national language that is) and it's filipino(tagalog). but we do have a LOT of DIALECTS. around 700 i guess. or maybe 70. geez where did my philippine history stuff go? rofl

But he said he's Philipino and he looks Philipino... then when I asked another girl what nationality she was... she said Chinese, and then he said he was Chinese too... o___O;;;

Then after that he was telling me all this history of the Philippines (that sounded fishy) and that you guys had like 6000 dialects but tagalog was the main one... Dx

I semi didn't believe him... but I don't know the Philippines very much, so I couldn't tell if it was true or not... sweatdrop
