ALL TUBBIES ARE LOST & BEING LOOKED FOR!!! Dx

Both my PC and laptop died early summer so I have lost a lot of work... I will be in the process of recovering stuff (from old back-up discs I've thrown somewhere in my messy room) so I won't be doing any Tubbies for a while (er, even longer while? ^^; ) until I've recovered what I can of my bases and animations. So until then, this shop will be closed.

Sorry for the disheartening news.
I will see about making new bases to weather the holiday season.

• How do I save & use the Tubbie I just bought from you?
  More tutorials! Yay! You can find the saving tutorial HERE. Please check out the tutorial if you don't know how to save/host your own images. If you still have problems after, please POST your specific questions in the shop! ^^
  
  
• Do you take item payments or gold only? What about Art Trades? Gold is what I accept as payment usually. If you want to pay with something else, currently the only item payments I take are Sealed Letters of the current month. I value them at 10,ooo gold each, regardless of market value. So if you'd like to pay with one, you can order up to 10k worth of Tubbies for each sealed letter (and sorry, I can't give "gold" as change back if you don't order up to 10k ^^; ). If you want to pay with another donation/rare item/letter/cash shop item (sorry, no commons, house, or town items!), you will have to ASK ME in the shop! ^^ I don't accept art trades at the moment... but maybe later! ^^;
  
  
• Can you do my OC or Avi Edit I bought from somewhere else?
  We can use your Avi Edit to make a Chubbie Tubbie provided you have PERMISSION from the other artist to use their work for ordering a Tubbie. (BY ORDERING WITH AN EDIT, YOU AGREE TO ALREADY HAVING PERMISSION TO USE THAT EDIT FROM THE RESPECTIVE ARTIST!! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU GET CHASED DOWN FOR ART THEFT!!) The proportions also have to be the same as a Gaian avatar AND it has a transparent background. If you have an OC (original character) you'd like to make into a Tubbie, the OC must ALREADY be a Gaian avatar avi edit with a transparent background (same rules apply regarding having permission from the editing artist). We don't accept images you found on the net that you want us to make into a Tubbie.
  
  
• No offense, but why do they have to be naked?
  None taken. ^^ The truth is that animating is hard for me since I don't *really* know how to do it. I taught myself how to do what I can right now... and animating clothes on the tubbie is uber hard and I don't really want to do it. So the REAL REASON the Tubbies are naked is because I'M THE LAZIEST PERSON IN TEH WORLD!! Yes... it's true...
  
  
• Can I get clothes on my Tubbie?
  The only tubbie we offer right now that has clothing options is the BUMP Tubbie... it has special rules and instructions, so please read that post before ordering. ^^ We won't be making other clothed tubbies for a while... maybe summer?
  
  
• How long does an order usually take?
  Orders are usually finished by the next day (the day after you placed your order). In most cases, it is finished in the same day. BUT I have school & work 5 shifts a week! Time allowance will depend on the demand as well (ie: if there were 10 orders placed that day, your order may take a few days to complete). So IF YOU NEED IT FAST, PLEASE DON'T ORDER!! </3
  
  
• Do you do cluttered/glitched avis?
  We usually use tektek.org to help us see items on your avatar that may be partialy/mostly covered by other items, so if your avi is glitched we may not be able to reproduce the glitch with tektek. If your avi is TOO cluttered, we may remove some items from the Tubbie. So far we haven't had any problems with clutter/glitches. And keep in mind we reserve the right to decline to do any order for any reason... we're sick of unreasonable customers = (
  
  
• Do you take suggestions for future Tubbies?
  Of course we do. ^^ We actually have a working list of almost 100 ideas for future tubbies... (some great, some not-so-great lol) but we just don't post it in the shop, lest other shop owners lurking here might try to steal them! Dx Feel free to POST your suggestion in the shop, and we will gladly add it to our list if it isn't there already. Thanks! ^^
  
  
• I want a special Tubbie. Do you do Custom Orders?
  Currently we do not, sorry. Making a Tubbie takes a lot of time and effort, usually 8 hours or more. We currently don't have the time to indulge in customs... sorry. ^^
  
  
• Where did you get the bases from?
  Muilen created all the bases from scratch. She spends countless hours pixeling each frame of each Tubbie animation. DO NOT TAKE/EDIT/REUSE ANYTHING IN THIS SHOP OR FROM OUR CUSTOMERS!! No, we are not distributing the bases for others to use, and NO ONE has permission to use them. D=<
  
  
• What kind of programs and tablet do you use?
  I use Adobe Photoshop CS2, and a $10 mouse. ^^; I can't use a tablet to do pixel art... >__<
  
  
• Can you hire me to work in your shop?

heart Cluttered Avis & Avis with background effects don't work well with social tubbies

because I often need the back view of your avi and cluttered avis or ones with background effects like the blue Spirit Falcons behind you, the blue aura from the Pixie, or the warp-hole effect from the Celestial Scarf; look really odd from the back (also because many items have imperfect backviews) So please be warned your social tubbies may look anywhere from odd to terrible if you have a cluttered avi or one with background effects.

heart Eyewear & equipment on the face may omit facial expressions

as almost all of the social tubbies will have animated facial expressions... having equipment over your face may cause the animation to look weird or be completely covered. Depending on your avatar, we may decide to omit the facial animation.
