Lmbo thts super cute but i cnt do that on paint. Do u kno how to make things move on paint?

That was done in paint. You just have to make like 20+ frames each picture you have to make it slightly different than the last ... like a flip book. Then put all the pictures in the correct order in the animation program and save it moves. But no, you cant make things move without an animation program.
