Couple questions regarding customs, if that's OK?

Would a villager be a (currently unavailable) cosplay if it's...
- based off a Gaia item that's a fancy painted (unnatural coloration) cat with a tail edit:


- based off a Gaia item that's a perfectly normal animal (say a gray cat) except that it's wearing an simple jewelry and has an eye scar, and with clothing designed on one's own


- an amalgamation of Gaia items decorating an animal base to fit a theme in one's head, that is not an existing character:


~~~ Also, would a non-standard species like this cool, aquatic fish-thing be a valid option as a villager if with proper line-edit fees?

I can say for sure though, a pet based on a Paws avatar (at least the normal species one) is a definitely okay -- we had an event where we made just those not too long ago! emotion_awesome
