Enrique Iglesias (I still maintain that he's a beautiful, talented creature) , Clubland, Trance Nation, Ibiza Chillout, Vangelis, Thunderdome...and then I discovered Rammstein!

considering black metal is only like the 4th most listened genre (after post-punk/goth, noise, and pop) there is no "before and after" for me.

but uhhh i guess i liked goth/post-punk, noise, pop, neo-folk, industrial/power electronics, and ambient before getting back into black metal about three years ago.
