It's a sub-genre of Black Metal. And it isn't necessarily the lyrical content that makes the genre. It draws a lot of influence from Folk Metal (just not enough for it to be considered plain Folk Metal) and uses a lot of pagan imagery.

I'm not saying it isn't a genre, i'm just saying we're not taking it, you said it's a sub of black so that's what it will be. Don't bother adding on genres if we don't have them. There's not point making something more techinal then it is.
