They are metal, I mosh to them in my bedroom and play it really loud to annoy my parents.

Doesn't mean they are metal. Try out Evile, Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Slayer, Pantera, Metallica, Dying Fetus, Nile, Devourment, Bloodbath, Suffocation, Hatesphere, Urgehal, Grave, s**t...the list goes on.


Metal is a state of mind, I'm not going to be put into your little genre boxes! I'm much more metal than you, you're just a slave to the man!

moshing to a song doesnt make it metal....people mosh to rap and even tecno (how they do that i'll never know) but Metal isnt a state of mind either u fool nore is any other genre... its the way the song is played and the wat is sung that defines the genre and ur crappy little bands arent metal

i always love how these topics get out of hand , my fav of the bands listed is Pantera , but my fav of all time is Machine Head
