Woot! After a lot of brain storming today, I have general ideas for my main characters and a plot. I'm going to participate in this. Now I just need to start writing it, and actually finish it.

Okay, I have a question.

What happens if we were working on a previous work, but then we finish it before the months/words are out? Can we start on something new to use up the remaining words, or is that a big fat F for failiure?

I'm trying to get to 150K for this summer, and that's more than normal adult novel length.

After reading through the first few pages of last years Summer WriMo I got the idea to make a banner for this year. I’m sorry if I stole the “Ninjas say write” slogan, it just seemed so fitting xd


At the moment it just links to this thread but everyone is free to do with it whatever they will, I’ll be putting it in my signature when I finish my quest. Maybe I’ll make a fancier one at the end of June that says; “One month and still going strong.” Maybe I shouldn’t let myself procrastinate while trying to do my homework. sweatdrop

hey does anyone know how many words 50k is? Since my parents took away my computer i have to write it out by hand unless they give me back my compurter after we move next week.i would write it on my parents computer but then they would read it and say what the hell is this crap? not very suportive ppl.
