Summer NaNo you say... That sounds like it'd be a fair chance to finish a novel.. Maybe I'll actually finish this time. xd Yeah right.

I got to almost 35,000 words by the end of the month... so I just wrapped up the story and was done with it.

Sounds groovy. I think I'm going to attempt it during mid-semester break, because I'm tired of thinking about my story and not writing it. Maybe lazy to work on a pre-existing story, but if I could get 50 000 new words down on it it would be a big plus. Maybe finish half that s**t I haven't been working on.

I'd never heard of NaNo until I stumbled across this thread... But it sounds interesting! I'm defintely in 3nodding *this coming from a girl whose longest story barely breaks 12,000 words* BUT I do have 3 ideas for novels that I haven't even started yet sweatdrop

So yeay! And when you get banners and stuff I'll throw them up in the shop I work for! And I might make some banners as well! Ooh, shall I try to collaborate or force myself into endless nights of typing?

Hehe just be careful about your hands. My advice: don't be lazy when you type - have good hand position. Sill me, I got Tendonitis from being lazy and typing so much in November (and my instruments participated). So if any part of your hands or arms go numb, tingle, or hurt, take a break. wink

I'd like to enter this thing. I think I could do it. I have one story where I wrote 27,000 words in three months and that was while I was working on quite a few other stories at the same time. Should be fun. Maybe you should make a new thread with all the rules and info when you decide and people could sign up there. It might be a little too confusing otherwise.

I really wanted to do NaNo last November, but school got in the way. Perhaps since I have nothing to do this summer--my job involves a lot of downtime and internet surfing, for the past four days I have been messing around on Gaia--I will join this endeavor.

Now to brainstorm...
