I <I>love</i> this! I pointed out the fact that in this supposed conversation about witchcraft, they'd provided no evidence to even support the fact that they know the basics of any Pagan religion. Which somehow makes me "not a witch". That's rich wink

This just reinforces my belief that teen-bopper "witches" are generally total ******** with inferiority complexes. Suck it up, princess. If you had any knowledge of Paganism or Witchcraft, you could've backed up your argument with it. As it is, now you just look like an a** xd

my cuz would like me to state that she knows more about herbal witchcraft then anything else. and the term she wished to use was Green Witch. and also i would like to refresh the fact that she is ONLY 10 YEAR OLD!!!! and just started practicing the way of the wis. she has much to learn and is well on her way.
she just wanted to know what people think and their opinion.

So the fact that she's 10 somehow makes her exempt from being a normal person? She lost any respect she might have had when she started acting like a defensive git. Good for her if she knows more about herbal witchcraft then anything else [hopefully more than she knows about conversational skills], that doesn't mean she's allowed to get away with being a little dipshit.

I'm just wondering why people who've apparently been studying Paganism for so long are getting so defensive when other Pagans ask for some proof. If you know <i>anything</i> about mainstream Paganism, it's that a lot of teeny-wannabes claim to be witches. We're trying to gauge how much she knows and what level she's on - which, apparently, is somewhere below pre-school.

*laughs for a week* Oh wow..that...is just too funny! People like that make me laugh for days and days. ...Then they make me cry, because they do our religion such a disservice. I'm all for startin' 'em young -hell, I found the general term of 'Paganism' for what I believed when I was 12- but for the love of all that's covered in chocolate, please, please be mature about it and at least do a bit of research!

The world is already full of morons who blindly follow that they're told, we don't need more. Don't hide behind others. Don't do somehting because its "cool" or because it's what youre told that you should. (though you should still follow 'normal' laws and your parents and what have you) Grow a backbone and be your own bloody person.

Then, and only then, after you've done all these things, will you be eligable to earn some respect.
