What manga is the saddest one you've read?

Although I dislike Fruits basket I was nagged into finishing it by my "hyped" friends. I only liked one story from the whole series and that was Hatori's Story.
Another tearjerker would be the Deep Love series about the prostitute who learned how to care, her friend who gets raped, her dog's POV on life before and with her and the man she tried so hard to save.

But the saddest is Nabari no Ou. That one made me cry so hard.... *sniffle*
OH and Konjiki no Gash Bell (Zatch Bell) had some pretty tear-jerking moments too, even though it's supposed to be more of a kids' manga. It made me cry anyway.
But Nabari no Ou takes the cake for depressing.

NANA, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fruits Basket...and I do believe there are more, but for some reason, I can't think of anything.

I have started the manga series Nabari no Ou, and people are saying that one is sad, so I guess once I get further into it, I'll have to add that to my list.

Anything by Ai Yazawa is guaranteed to make me bawl. Nana just constantly hurts me.

Saiyuki Gaiden also made me cry. Which is silly, because I knew how it had to end, but it still crushed me.

One Piece isnt really a manga that makes people sad but there are times. When i read the characters backgrounds and stories, some of them were really sad like Namis story, Her real family were killed by pirates and then her step-mom was killed by pirates. Sanjis story and Zoros are also very sad.
