Myself, I just finished reading Chrono Crusade, and that one made me cry so much.

Bokura ga Ita. It's full of ups and downs, just like any relationship or life, and it's seemingly full of drama, but not any more than you'd really see in real life. It's so real, which makes it such a great manga, but at the same time you almost wish it wasn't so real so you could get your fairytale ending. It's not completed yet, though.
