New theory: I think the scroll Suigetsu found will allow him/ user of scroll to usurp control over those under the Edo Tensei and make them as his slave. Since the vast majority of those that have been controlled are simply bound as opposed to actually being defeated, the bad guys (aka hopefully Sasuke) will still have a chance to win.

Yeah... I'm actually putting my money on this theory if anyone's willing to gamble.

Logan just crystallized everything that I thought was wrong with what Madara did in this chapter.

As I said, the problem with the Uchiha in general (all of them, in other words) is that they're carried. Sure they're good with the power they inherited from the Sage in the form of chakra and dojutsu, but man more often than not they're running around coveting and claiming one another's eyes and other's techniques. I mean, for all his talk and supposed skill, Madara has not been overwhelming the 5 Kage with his techniques, or even the Rinnegan; it's really been Hashirama's power.

On the note of Kabuto fighting Itachi and what not I'd simply like to mention that it won't go down like that. It's just not feasible for Itachi to take down Kabuto right now, unless we're nearing the end of the war arc. It's just not going down like that.
