I think people are underestimating Monet. She's using Clown though I don't know why. I doubt she has any interest in saving him. As for Sanji vs Vergo I think one on one. Perhaps with some Law at the end. The fight will show just what Sanji can do with Haki. Vergo so far seems like a CP9 member but better. This makes me think of the last arc how it sort of resurrected an old enemy (fishmen pirates) only better to show how much the characters improved. It will be similar to the Sanji Wolf fight(drawing a blank on the name) only harder. Sanji dominated that fight. Tashigi will try to help but since she got hurt already Sanji will try to protect her giving Vergo the advantage. Tashigi will reason out that she has to get her subordinates out of there somehow. Possible point of entry for Law. Then with no more distractions for Sanji he will bust out his new move and take down Vergo like a bamf. Though if Law does help Tashigi escape he might stay to help Sanji. I doubt that though do to the heart problem.

Hmm...speaking of Monet...I doubt she's anywhere near Caesar. She noticed Chopper running off down the hallway, which leads me to believe that she followed him. And now that I think about it, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Monet was the one who tossed that note to Chopper in the first place. eek Things could get interesting if that is the case...

As for the Sanji v. Vergo fight, your suggestion seems dead on in my opinion, Al. Honestly, thinking about it now, Oda has boosted Vergo's status pretty consistently over the past few chapters, which would his defeat by Sanji THAT much more meaningful; as far as showing Sanji's progress.

I thought it was Monet to. The only other person who could have is Law but if he would take that risk he would have also stolen his heart back.

True, plus his hands were cuffed at the time. I doubt he would have risked his escape plan just to stop Chopper...if anything, he would have let him be captured so they'd all be in the same place together.

Monet is seeming like the "Articuno" of fruit users, at this point (Pokemon reference, anyone?). I mean, she has wings and can manipulate ice... Very similar to Marco's phoenix ability (Whitebeard Pirates). Anyway, seeing the "kick-off" between Sanji and Vergo made me smile. mrgreen

Wow I was wrong. Sanji might fight with Smoker and Luffy's fighting Monet. Not sure what her ability is but I'm pretty sure the wings come from Law. Also any guesses what he's after. I'm thinking an ancient weapon like pluto or possiden. I'm thinking Clown will catch up with Law soon though.

And what's that angry chick's deal? You know, the one that keeps attacking Doflamingo? Maybe she's in love with Law...hmm...

I thinks she was just some girl Joker forced to work for her who snapped and tried to kill him. I don't think it was relevant to the story. Also I loved Laws face in this. It made me think thing are going to get real bad in the best possible way. I think too many people think Law is good. Luffy's good, Kidd's bad but Law is somewhere in the middle.

Well...I could see that as a plot twist to remove the samurai's obligations so he could travel with Luffy...a pretty depressing plot twist. Even then, though, I doubt the samurai would travel with Luffy's crew (even if his opinion of pirates has changed since he first met them).
