Hoc cor mei metum atrum lacrimat...
Before I came in here, I thought this topic was about Aku no Hana.
I'll check it out anyway.
...atqui animus meus insaniam sanguinat albam.
yum_puddi Were you able to read it yet? yum_puddi
Hoc cor mei metum atrum lacrimat...
I'm reading it right now. The themes from Baudelaire's Les Fleurs du Mal aren't as prevalent as they are in Aku no Hana, but it stands pretty well as a story of its own. However, I don't really see where the title "Flowers of Evil" comes in.
...atqui animus meus insaniam sanguinat albam.
It comes towards the end of the story, were you able to read the whole thing or only a few chapters?
Hoc cor mei metum atrum lacrimat...
I'm currently somewhere in the middle (only read a few chapters).
...atqui animus meus insaniam sanguinat albam.
Ah, tell me when you read all the chapter's, and when you're done reading the very last chapter, tell me your opinion about it, because honestly I don't cry over anything, and this manga literally made me cry for the first time.
Hoc cor mei metum atrum lacrimat...
I finished. I didn't cry, but I enjoyed the story.
In the end, the title only had a slight relation to the story (still not as much as Aku no Hana). It also wasn't as sad other manga that I've read. Still, it was exciting throughout. I rarely read shoujo manga so thank you for introducing it to me.
